Mr Guilford has been an active Real Estate Investor since the age of 19 where he purchased his first investment SFR.
After 2 years in the Aerospace and Communications industry decided to pursue real estate full time.
Mr Guilford has a broad range of real estate investment experience including: Raw Land, Commercial Properties, Single Family Rentals, REOs, Portfolios, Trustee Sales, Distressed Assets, Lease Option and Lease to Own, Builder Lease Backs, & Auctions.
He has done 10's of Millions of Dollars in Sales, and has been Licensed in Texas, Florida and Currently a Licensed Agent in the state of Arizona.
Mr Guilford obtained a Degree in Computer Networking from Collins College in Tempe Az, as well as over 24 years of Real Estate Education.
